I have been living at Chateau Ridge Apts. for about 3yrs. Yahoo what a relief to say, my lease is almost up in this dump. As you can see from the other reviews, This apartment is not very well rated. It defintely says alot about Chateau Ridge Apts.

Their have been drug busts, cars stolen, motorcycles stolen and people shot in laundry rooms. This all happned within the 3yrs i have been in this nightmare.

The office staff is very unprofessional. They have no manners,people skills nor do they know how to add or subtract. I called the office staff many times and have went directly to them about fixing something. NOTHING WAS DONE IT TOOK ABOUT 1 MONTH to 3 MONTHS. NO MATTER IF U CALL OR STOP IN I CAN ASSURE U NOTHING WILL GET DONE!!!!!!! Let's be realistic look at the area this apt. building is located in New JERSEY.

I found the maintenance men to be very nice people. They have nothing to do with the management or office staff. They are the ones who have to give the last word on whether something can get fixed.

Please take all precautions before moving in Chateau Ridge. There are alot of better apartments to rent in new jersey.
