I have had the "pleasure" of living in the Shiteau Ridge Apartments for almost 4 years and they are truly horrible. Last year, it took them 3 months to fix my air conditioner. I had to threaten that the rent would not get paid in order to get my ac. Oh, and lets not mention all the fees they tack on. I am convinced that is how they have managed to make all the money they have made. Late fees and other fees are simply sickening. I am convinced they are breaking many laws. I have never had anything stolen from me. I actually find the complex quiet and have never experienced any of the drug busts, but I do know that they are unreliable and I would not bother. There are nicer apartments in the Pine Hill area that are cheaper and better. Oh,yeah, they are overpriced for real!!!! Not to mention, I am hoping to get my security deposit back, but I am not sure if I will get it because I have heard horror stories as to how people don't get them back!
Also, as you know we have just had a major snow storm and there is a huge patch of ice in front of the door. Have I asked for it to be moved' Why of course' Has it been done' NOPE!
