Lets see, I just moved from a one bedroom apt to a two bedroom apartment. My friend and i were moved to the back of the complex with the ghetto. It was the first day we moved in the apartment and all i kept seeing were these roaches all over the kitchen and bathroom. I open a cabinet there was a roach. I turn my head not one second after opening the cabinet there was one on the counter. These roaches were all over the place. It was disgusting! I found dead roaches all over the apartment. I was so sickened!!! I went to management demanded my money back and that i wanted out of this apartment. Oh and i did get out of that apartment. I'm back in my old apt. Besides the roaches, the front window had no lock, so anyone can break into the place. Holes all over the wall. The thermostat stayed on 80 degreees. I went to shut it the thermostat off and had it off for 7 hrs still at 80 degrees. THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS! TRUST ME PEOPLE U CAN DO BETTER. CHATEAU RIDGE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
