There will never be good changes at Chateau Ridge

I have been here for a year now and yes there are changes and the place is getting cleaned up a little. It dosen't the solve the problem that the area is nothing but low income. We all know what you find with section 8 tennants TRASH! Since, i have been at Chateau, I seen people fighting all hours of the night, thugs hanging in the parking lot all hours, The apartments are old and moldly, roaches all over the place. This place is for those who like living ghetto. I'm out very soon and can't wait!! What a mistake living here .
