The grounds are well keep. The mantenance will not call before they come even when ask to do so. If you have a dog and go to work a lot it is very hard to get mantenance work done. bathroom in this apartment needs to be re-done. The living room and bedroom and kitchen are ok. If you need to take the bus to work like I do it DOSE NOT run to DeCue/Branch stop every hour and it is a good walk to the bus stop and very dark at night. There is no bus to take people to the shop rite or kmart unless you go to the Echalon Mall or speed line first a long bus ride and dose not run every hour. I see mothers with babies walking all the way up Blackwood Clemonton Road to the Shop Rite because there is no direct bus to take people to the shoping area. I would continue renting here if it had good bus transportation but it dose not.

My girlfriend wants to move here,but the bus would really limit me. I work near Atlantic City and really need that direct connection to the Avandale Park and ride.403 bus is often late and local 554 bus would make it take me over 3 hours to get to work
