I have lived in Chateau Ridge for about a year and some change now, and I have got to say.....What the --#$ is wrong with these people''!!! First of all, When I went to look at the apartments, the "MODEL" they show you is so far away from the real deal, its got its own zip code. My first impression of this -------- character was that she was a real --#$% and Ive dealt with a lot of different people in my life and she was just one of those people that I could tell about immediatly. And Yes, my assumptions were absolutely correct. This woman talks to you like she's lost her mind. I had complained about Roaches all over the place in my apartment and her response to me was..."well, weve never has a problem with any roaches in that apartment before" implying that I may be the cause. Sometimes people live dirty, thats them, whatever....Me, I am very very ---- about having a clean home and beside that, Roaches just dont appear out of nowhere after living there for 7 months and not seeing a single one. Maintenance sucks period!! You call them and its like waiting for christmas for them to get around to your problems. I even went to the management (--------) and again, she makes excuses for them instead of Utilizing her management authority and getting those guys to do their jobs. There was one maintenance guy that worked there but only for a short period of time in 07 I think like July to SEP or something, yeah two months.....go figure. He was the best Chateau Ridge had seen. I asked him why he was leaving and he told me "--------" She was mean, verbally abusive, threatened his job, and HEAR YE HEAR YE, she got --------------------------------. Said that she would come in late all the time, and when she wasnt late, shes not at work, he even said that he once was working on a job getting ready for a tenant to move in and -------- came in and basically tore up the work he had done. The tenant was supposed to me in that day!! What a manager we have. Ill say this about Chateau Ridge, Its really not a horrible place to live, but the management makes it that way. You cant stereotype the people that live there, you cant change the fact that the power goes out, you cant help the bug problems, but with good management, it would be so much better. They are the ones who ultimatly make the tenants happy. Ill say this one last thing, If you want to rent from here, wait until -------- leaves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As part of the new office staff i am pleased to say....that's over! Hope you feel that things are geeting better since our arrival in, March :)

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I live in the GHETTO SECTION as it has been stated. I have no flowers like in the front, I have trash all the time in the front yard and the parking lot, I also have been blessed with living next to drug dealers and have reported this time and time again and nobody cares. Kids are all over my yard throwing balls at my car and riding scooters and dropping thme on my car as well, The parents have no control and do not care about there kids. I pay 850.00 not 640 as I saw in one of the postings for this upgraded apartment. I have had enough of the staff ignoring my pleas to get rid of the riff raff that lives in the back where I live and I am sick of trying to get things taken care of. I am going to call the head office and make my complaints to them. I work two jobs and I am tired when I get home and these people are rude and loud at all times of the day and night. I just want to have some peace and quiet and would like to have clean people live hear. I do not have any problems with roaches becasue I would have left by now if I did. Please take care of this problem we do not have to live like this.....
