50/50 Pine Hill Gardens property is beautiful. The grounds and maintence staff work very hard so there is no trash around the grounds. The pool is very clean. But with every good comes the bad. Rent goes up every six months, I started out paying 570.00 for a 1 bedroom I am now paying 741.00 The new owners raised rent tremendously.If you can put up with Kiesha, Booboo and the crew talking loud and laughing all times of the night you'll be fine. I believe there is some drug activity but if you live in the back buildings you are far away from the nonsense.The Maintenance people never fix problems correctly, but they try to be quick. There are no bugs or other criters. The owners use pest control like every three months.The office staff is great, they are very personable and understanding. I like it I don't love it 50/50.

I agree with the omment about the rent, even though I love the environment. I live all the way in the back so I don't see or hear too much of anything, which is a good thing I guess.
