As for the unit itself, it wasn't very large, though sizable for the price. It comes with its own washer and dryer plus and wall to wall carpeting. The kitchen has a garbadge disposal,dish washer, and updated appliances. There was no bugs except the one or two roaches that came from my upstairs neighbor's unit. Truely, the complex has plenty of rift raft to occupy its residents. The drug problem there is slightly moderate compared to "The Pines," around the corner. The maintenance crew aren't so good but they come when called. Everyone in the management office has a bad attitude and are very snobbish, but they are willing to work for you. I (very small)probably would live there again, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I cared about.
