bad neighbors = horrible place

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
everything about this place is decent. the price is good for the space.
parking spaces are plenty.
but the walls and floors are paper thin!
our downstairs neighbors fight all the time, and i can even hear them when they are just talking normally!

i would not recommend living here.
