The management are scumbags as they will actually file eviction notices if you're late by five days. They do this so the lawyer can get about $300.

In addition if you have a car that's not working and it sits for a month they will put a very hard to get sticker on the windshield.

The floor/ceilings are very thin and I can actually hear the people downstairs snoring while sleep.

The apartments are good sized. With a family room (that most use as an extra bedroom} and an dining room. The balconies are a good size with front and back entrances.

The neighborhood seems to be OK. A good racial mix.

Pets are not allowed which hasn't stopped the onsite landlords from having a dog. A few years ago they began to enforce no grills on the balcony. I suspect it was more a fire dept. thing rather than them.

The owner is an old lady who is the RUDEST AND MOST ARRONGANT person alive. She thinks that she can talk down to anyone she wants. Extremely extremley rude. I do not plan on living there after my lease expires. They need to be more professional or hire someone that can talk that has some decency in talking to their tenants. Highly dissapointed. I wish I didn't have to deal with that rude woman! EVERYTIME YOU CALL FOR A MAINTAINENCE SHE GIVES tremendous ATTITUDE. Its not our fault that their appliances are old and not working. The walls are extremely thin- and she keeps sending notices all the time. They are a headache to deal with. The utility bills are sky rocketting high. The rent is attractive but the bills compensate for it and this place turns out to be more expensive in the end. I do not recommend this place.

Wow you sound like a dream tenant - you pay late and you leave junk cars lying around that take up space. You are one of THOSE neighbors I just LOVE! I live towards the back and about a dozen people decided to dump their cars that dont work (many look like they got into major accidents) around my building causing me to park my WORKING CAR into another area of the complex. I pay $1200 to look outside into a junkyard of awful cars. I wish management would tow these cars. I would take this review with a grain of salt because this was written by someone who is a nightmare neighbor.
