A nice place to stay

I have moved in recently. I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and professionalism of the property manager. He even cautioned me about the weather, the day I got the keys. Carpet is new. Community is peaceful and nice neighbors around. Rent is inclusive of heating, HW and gas. It makes it relatively cheaper. Quite a decent place.
