Gone from bad to worse

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
the complex is bad shape the roads within the Pleasntviews are garbage (if you want to see NY size potholes come here). But, in hindsight that should just fall in line with the apartments.
The apartments..............well they are just bad. The heating is inadequate, the windows do not close and the paint is always peeling. The maintenance only comes after you hound the management office and they are rude in there. I would not recommend this place to anyone....STAY CLEAR OF HERE.
