Very Noisy Apartment

Don't ever come Here. I live upstairs but I feel I am part of my downstairs neighbours. I can hear them very clearly. So can they. We both have complained a couple of times to the management. But NO REPLY. It is the worst in its class. The AC is an antique. It makes all kind of noise. I have a feeling that there is something living inside of it. I think if you don't have anyother choice then move here.And don't forget. The rent is tooooo high....
