Run FAR away from this place! From: callisandra66 Date posted: 10/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995   Lived here for 1 year. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Had 1BR downstairs apartment. Maintenance terrible, slow, inept. Sound insulation horrible. Management surly and unresponsive. Cutthroat parking. Came home one night at 1 am to find a waterfall down my bathroom wall; upstairs neighbors had destroyed tiles in their bathroom, and water was flowing down through wall into my bathroom. A/C leaked and rotted away wall underneath. (Shows LONG-TERM neglect! How long does it take for drywall to ROT AWAY') Called maintenance, took WEEKS to fix, actually left gaping hole in my front wall for a day. Upstairs neighbors had three people and a baby living in their 1 BR apt; they would leave plastic sack of dirty diapers at bottom of stairs at night to go out in morning, smell would waft into my apartment. Complained to management, nothing changed. ROACHES ruled the kitchen. Disgusting. Complained multiple times before exterminator was sent. Need I say more' Move here if you want a miserable living experience. Not a bargain at any price.
