Well...I see I join many others who hve shared in the awful experience of living at Pleasant View Gardens.
Our apartment was not much different from others you read about here. Paint cracking...thin walls...noisy-inconsiderate (and sometimes very smelly) neighbors, bugs (including cockroaches)...poor maintenence. And the rent increases every year, for nothing!!
The worst 4 years of our lives were spent in that apartment. We still have nightmares about having to return there sometimes...and I do mean NIGHTMARES! Please take ours and others advice here...and AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!!
