I lived here for almost more than 2 years and I felt that it is totally over-priced than what it should be. Apartment is much toooo smaller than many apartments near by. Commute is a pain, if you work in NY city. Either you have to drive to Edison station or to Dunellen. Whichever you opt, both are not so great because from Dunellen train frequency is way to less and at Edison parking is a big problem and it is around 15 minutes drive when traffic is OK. We felt maintenance was great but fixtures and windows were way too old and it is very hard to even open a window (so you can imagine how it would be). Once again I have to stress on the fact that apartments are too small for the rent we are giving.
