I envy the homeless!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I moved in to this apartment 2 years back. Due to the nature of my job I thought I had to move out but I finally didnt have to . But the management staff werent cooperative and did not give us the free month's rent which they offered us (they kept our deposit). They are mere puppets in the hand of their manager who is an a#@$@#@ of the first degree. I agree with the first reviewer ("It was like living in HELL...."). The only reason I am still in this apartment is that it was easy for me to move in at a short notice due to availability of apartments at all times. But the management sucks and should change.
And they increased our rent this month by 3 %.
