Ok for beginners

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
My husband and I lived there for 2 years. We moved in immediately after getting married. For beginners, it is not a bad place to live.
Pros: 1. Enough parking
2. newly renovated kitchen
3. plenty of space for my husband and I- especially the bedroom.
Cons: 1. Loud and sometimes rude neighbors- the walls are very thin
2. Cockroaches for 1-2 months of the year
3. Windows are a mess, one of ours actually fell out
4. Laundry was nor convenient
5 Rent increased each year

We never had any problems with management or maintenance. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience, but not wonderful.
