It has its good points and bad points- we lived here for 2 years. The parking was limited, but we dealt with it. We had a roach problem that wasn't resolved with multiple visits by "pest control." There are also mice that come in because the walls around the pipes behind the toilet and under the sinks are not closed off. Neighbors are less than friendly, we had loud ones that liked to have parties until 4 am- we complained AND called the cops but nothing was done. We had large racoons living in the roof...Something died up there one summer and MAGGOTS fell through the light fixture and window frame in the kitchen and collected on my floor and sink. Something was done in about a week- but that is TOO long to live with maggots in your kitchen. Construction sucked- the towel racks fell off the wall, and the toilet paper holder was installed too narrowly so normal toilet paper didn't fit.
All in all, it outlived its usefulness in a year...
If you want a nice starter apartment, go for it as long as you don't mind walking from your parking spot, living with large insects, dirty and loud neighbors, shoddy construction, and not having a private entrance.

first of all the people from the offiece gets jeolouse for no reason they said we werent aloud to have pets when the website said we were aloud to have dogs n cats .. the townhouses is too expensive the teenagers that hang out there are too loud n crazy some of the neigbors are teenagers there horrible i wnat a quite place n a clean place my place wuz clean intall i saw roaches crawling everywhere i dont like it theres rodents n maggots n the grass is ugly n disgusting it should be a close community so taht the people who dont live there would get in. we had to much reports about fighting,people doing drugs,strangers walking around, people who r raises n loud peopele who lives upstairs, there are teenagers who acts like tehy can do what they want and touching stuff from your property also theres too much rules like you cant make a room in your bastment those basements are messed up anyways.. there nasty roaches that i hate its really disgusting its better if it was a quite place there wasent alot of people on the pool in the summer i want my kids to feel great and have fun.... to all the peopel who agree with me post a comment saying agree thank you for listening and also change this community and make it better and more safer and fun!!!!!!!!!

Wow I wish I found this before we moved in. We've been out of there for alomost 4 years now. We spent 4 months there and 27 complaints later. We got our security and got out. ROACHES EVERYWHERE> RUDE NEIGHBORS THAT STINK UP THE PLACE. Literally our first night there we sat in the bedroom with a towel under the door. They put a fan in their window but the smell went straight from their window up to ours. BUGS Everywhere. Our neighbors had their 4 yrs old out at 2 am screaming and playing. This place is gross. Get the hell out, or stay away
