The apartment complex is a dump. They have recently been renovating them and they are still a dump. When they renovated them they did nothing for sound proofing. You can hear your neighbors above or below you on the phone, if someone plays music the place vibrates. The windows do not close properly. There might as well be no air conditioning as the system is so weak. I would come home and the apartment would literally be 90 degrees. The AC would bring it down to about 86. The electrical system is too old to support the place. Same problem with the plumbing. It always backs up on you. I cant say enough about not moving here. It is highly overpriced for its lack of amenities and poorness. Oh and dont listen to them if they say they have enough parking, they dont. It is basically a low class dump, and you really feel it living there.
And if you are a minority, while there are a lot of minorities here, the complex has been sued for discrimination and as i understand were found guilty, you should be able to find the article online as my girlfriend did.
I can't say enough bad things about this place, only live here if your choice is between here and the street.
