Our family went to visit Pleasant View Gardens to inspect the appartment units. We found the staff person friendly and helpful, closets were huge and rooms were a nice size. But that is all that we liked.

What really turned me off, is that I went to the living room window and pulled the blinds way up to look out the window, and what I saw apalled me. There was a large bulet hole in the window. And the person showing us the apartment was not aware that it was there. Duh.

I looked underneath the sink in the bathroom and the wall was missing a full 10" diameter around the plumbing underneath the sink. And the hole was stuffed with newspaper that was brown and discolored.

Paint was pealing around the window sills, dead flies were on the window sills as well.

And the killer of it all, is that I know someone that lives there now, and is looking to move out. When they moved in, the apartment had roaches that scattered when the door opened. How gross can you get.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. A health hazzard. We found a much much nicer place.
