We lived in a two bedroom townhouse........at first when we met management they were extremely nice and then as soon as we signed they were the worst people to work with.they messed up our lease and the person that took care of conveniently forgot everything that we had a greed upon signing and called us liars and we ended up paying it.
i extremely did not like that maintenance could come in whenever they please, we would get notices that they were coming with no dates on them. one day i was sleeping in my bedroom and at around 8 in the morning i had a knock on my bedroom and it was maintenance. it was so scary that i had to put a bar on my bedroom door every night after that. also safety wise, the lighting was not good at all the parking lot has the worst lighting and the cops were called about 4 times with problems with kids on the street making trouble during the year that we were there.as for how fast maintenance arrives, i got locked inside my apartment once because the door knob on the inside fell off, i called maintenance and it took them 3 hours to get to me and i was on my way to work and i was so late. They claimed the rang the doorbell and i told them how that was possible if i has the blinds wide open and i was next to the door from the time it happened to when they finally arrived and they had no response afterwards.
as for the apartment it was big which i liked but the air did not flow through out if we didn't have each one of the ac units on the house, it would remain extremely hot. also we thought that it was great that there was a basement but we were unable to use it the entire year that we stayed there....it smelled like cat piss and there were so many bugs on top of that it would always be flooded and when the water went away there were cockaroaches everywhere. it was the worst living experience in my life.
also they never took care of the landscaping, they only made sure that the apartments that you could see from the streets looked nice all the time i did not care for any others.
do yourself a favor and don't rent from this place!
