Wouldn't Move Here If I were You From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I truly did not have a pleasant stay at these apartments. The roaches were out of control. Even after attempts by an "exterminator"..the roaches were still evident. You know that lacquer stuff they put on the wood floor to make it look shiny when you first move in' Well my boyfriend found a roach encased in it! Weird smells came from the pipes. The fridge was broken when we moved in and was never fixed right. Though the appliances were fairly new, the dishwasher would jump out of the wall whenever we used it. Then, water would leak all over the floor. Rent was high, value was low. The neighborhood was pretty quiet though. And the parking was good. Grass was kept nice. The rental staff was also cordial. But none of this mattered because I HATE ROACHES! I Should have listened to the other reviews!
