The last person, i use the word litely. Wants everybody to take your word that Pleasant View Gardens
is a great place to live, most of the reviews are bad.
I would have to say that you are an employee of family member
of one to write lies about that place. the office and managers
are the biggest low life scumbags i have ever seen in my life
and hope i never see anybody that bad again.

Thank you for these reviews. We went to check the place out and I wasn't that thrilled about the looks of the place. After i got home, my husband and I went to this website to review the reviews and with the help of all these comments we have decided NOT TO MOVE into this place!
So Thank you once again...Sorry about torture all of you went through.

AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE! i went to the office to report that we had mice and roaches and they pretty much called me a liar because they asked me if i was sure and if i knew what roaches and mice looked like and said that no one has ever said they had those problems before!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! nice try to cover it up but please, maybe some of the people living there may not know what mice or roaches are, or are used to them, because the people who live in the community aren't exactly the cleanest people...which brings me to try to figure out how those people can afford the rent because they pretty much rape you on rent, and if you've got pets it's even worse. the only way the other people can afford the rent is because they cram as many people into the apartments as they can so of course you're going to get bugs and other things but don't try to act like you don't know. additionally, if you've got a basement and it rains...good luck getting the 4 inches of water out and cleaning up the mess...along with the drowned mice and bugs. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!
