I moved into PleasantView Gardens about 9 months ago. I'm very happy and the office is friendly great too, they addressed all my needs and concerns that I had at the time. You can not ALWAYS LISTEN to what people write because if that was the case I would of never moved in here. I'm so glad that I listened to myself. I came into the leasing office with out an appoitment and they took me on tour they even offered me cookies, coffee and water (What a friendly place) was my first thoughts. When I moved into the apartment it looked great. I'm really happy here!!!. I recommened living here.

I moved here last year (2007). The models look great. I live in one of the upgraded models. Its' not that upgraded. Very old apartment. I've had to call the maintenance office too many times to fix a few things and then the air conditioner doesn't work upstairs. They keep telling me its brand new. However, it is so hot upstairs that it is unbearable. The money that I am paying to rent I can rent a house. It is quiet and I never hear my neighbors at all. That is the only plus. I plan on looking for some place else when my lease is up.
