I was showed the model which looked o.k. but i
saw the apartment i was getting it was a wreak,
you can hear every sound,thin walls, no carpet.
Also front door that was broken
in to, a missing peep hole
that looks like somebody poked it out, very bad paint job,
And last ROACHES running all over, and in all the cabinets!
office person told me that they had never had a problem in any
other apartments, and it was nothing like the model i saw.
I was paying for an upgraded apartment $1485,
a 2nd ac $50, so for $1535 you don't get much for the money.
Office is no help they just want your
money and give nothing in return.
If you don't mind living like hobo in trash and bugs, you will love it there.
But if you want a nice place for your family then keep looking,
this place is bad news all around.
I am out some money, but having to live like that for the next
year is worst than living in IRAQ.
