It is not that bad

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I moveds in 6 months ago and the apt was not ready when we moved in... later we had a problem with the washer and dryer that lasted about a month...
BUT they changed all of that with a new washer and dryer and they gave me my money back for the month I didn't use it.
I love the way you live here, only 2 apts per building and I can't hardly hear my neighbors at all.
It has been quite a pleasent experience and I am considering staying.
