My experience at Pleasant View Gardens is pretty good. I am living here from last 1 year and did not face any issue. Response to my complaints are prompt. They provided their service even in night. I have some friends who live in other apartments and they told me that if they have any maintenaince issue on Sunday, their apartment do not provide any service. Every apartment has its own good and bad

Good part: 24 by 7 Maintenaince support , Big ground to play any game, Plenty of space for walking, Near to many stores. Good place to live for Indian community

bad Parts : Few policies are not resident supportive. No discount or other facility on renewal of lease. Delay in referal amount

You must be paid or given a rent discount to say what you have said! I to have been living there for the past 2 years and i see none of the things you say you get. So i think you are a manager there or you just love living like trash.

Dear frnd u need to open your eyes. If u see things with closed eyes u will find darkness only. May be u have not seen ppl playing football in park. May be u dnt know how to raise a complaint. On my complaint they came at 11 PM also. I think u didnt read what I have mentioned as bad. If you have issues with this apartment who stopped u to moving out. Y u are living here for second year. Don't worry abt my living style. I have nough money to live anywhere, its scum like u who dont want to pay, dnt know how to live in home and create all kind of issues.
