In general the grounds are very well kept.

Speaking with the fire department there were no problems that they have had for this community other than the rare kitchen fire, which can happen everywhere really.

Speaking with the Police Department there seemed to be average/below average alerts for this community and area in general.

Going in the apartment, the walls are very solid and the exterior walls are nearly sound proof I found. Children play outside in the middle between the buildings in my area but I cannot hear them unless they are screaming at the top of their lungs, which still is very muted. Thunder and lightening sound like it is coming through a very long hollow tube and the rumble is near negated, so good structure and construction here.

They allow you to paint the apartment in whatever color you want, which is nice considering personally I wanted a darker color, most places will not let you unless it is a light color.

The doorbell that comes with the apartment is a simple buzzer, though you can easily replace it and they allow you to.

I got the first flow model of a one bedroom, the closet under the stair is substantial and will let you store your bicycle as well as many boxes worth of stuff.

The windows are all made with removable parts, so if one breaks it is very easy to replace.

I have not had to call about any kind of problem for the apartment yet so I cannot rate the response time or accuracy of any fixes.

The air conditioners are very good and are located in the wall in the livingroom under the window. They are very powerful, but will not quite reach the bedroom very well, so if you want to keep things cool in the bedroom as well I would recommend either just a fan or a window A/C unit.

The refrigerator is not a brand that I know, "hotpoint", but I have yet to have any trouble with it.

The Dishwasher (for the new kitchen/bathroom model) along with the stove/oven are GE and work very well, again no complaints with it so far.

The in apartment washer dryer, an extra cost but a very nice addition for some of the apartments, are GE space savers. So they stack on top of each other. Again, so far no complaints on them at all, they work fine.

The new kitchen/bathroom apartments look very nice and the only thing it looks like they bought in quantity were the shower heads, which you can buy a nice one pretty cheap. Water pressure is good as well as hot/cold water.

Doors are sturdy, outdoor with a general key for both apartments inside, and a separate key for the deadbolt and door lock inside. Door for the apartment itself outside is solid wood as well as the door out of the apartment into the general hallway/stairway. I am on the lower level, and when in the living and dining area I cannot hear my neighbors much at all except when they come down the stairs, to be expected though. The only rooms I can really hear my upstairs neighbors in is the bedroom. And even then only when it is something along the lines of actually jumping on the floor upstairs, other than that it is a very quiet place to live. Though do not expect full sound proof apartments, I don't think it is fully possible when you have upstairs neighbors.

I have not used the pool, clubhouse, general laundry sites, gym, or any of the community shared property yet so I cannot comment.

Though in full this is a very good area to live, the neighbors, that I have, are not intrusive and polite in passing. Though that of course is a case by case basis, humans are not all alike so it is impossible to judge one experience for a general standard.

This is a fairly large complex with many buildings, I would not be suprised if the experience was different in each building, but for me personally, it was a great experience and a good place. No bugs were found in the apartment other than the usual small spider or two that are in every buildings walls, easily taken care of without a hassle.

I would recommend the complex to anyone, personally I like the option of in apartment washer and dryer, bur that is for your own taste.
