Wonderful place to live

I stayed in Pleasant View Gardens for a few months before I had to move out due to job transfer. I must say that my stay there was very pleasant. There was a lot of Indian junta around in the community and my kid loved playing in the open with other kids. The neighbours were very friendly. Maintenance in the apartment was top class. Whenever I had to call the maintenance guys for door lock/ dish washer trouble/ bathroom lockout, the guys were very prompt.
Am not too convinced with all the roaches and bug problems in this website cos I didn t have them (atleast in carlton ave). The downsides I can think of is that the lease is for 12 months and not lesser. So a consultant who has to move places for projects has to break the lease. I had to break the lease for the same reason but I gave a 60 day notice and had to cough up half a months extra rent. Also the rent could be less compared to what I was paying (around 1150). 900 1000 is definitely more lucrative for aptmts that old. But that is ok compared to other apartment complexes around. Rent is definitely cheaper than aptmts in Edison (like Blueberry or Rivendell which are so closed and full all the time). Pleasant view also has a lot more parking space than nearby aptmts like royal gardens and Princeton gardens.
I would give a thumbs up to the management of Pleasant View.
