I lived there frm June 2007 to Nov 2008 (Thanks that I was able to break the lease due to job transfer). I lived in a two bedroom townhouse in Carlton Ave, which from year 1 to year 2 they increased my rent almost 200 dollars per month. There were no improvements done that would merit that increase. The laundry rooms would have 5-6 washing machine but you wouls always find 4 not working the same for the dryers. The coachroaches were huge and lately were seeing more bugs every time. The apartment complex is not very diversifies, if you are Indian they were fast to help you but if you were any other race, it was hell to get them to fix things for you. The heater are not turn on until oct and then it would not go higher then 70 degrees. Sometimes it would not even work at all. The two air conditioning that my apartment had did not cool anything (and remember I am paying for a townhouse - which is one of the most expensive properties they had). In case of parking if you arrive after 9pm to your apartment you would have to park on the street due that there were no parking available. I would recomend this place- for less money you can find something better by this area.
