Just moved in and there were some minor maintenance problems.. but thus far they have fixed them quickly... The office staff was very nice and helpful. The buildings are older.. but they seem to be maintained okay.. and they are pet friendly... the neighbors are nice enough.. and parking is fine..

The place is an ok place to live that is changing the way that they used to do business in the past. We lived there and only had an issue with old AC units in summer but they took care of it.

I have a friend who lived here a few years ago and suggested I inquire, she liked it, no bed bugs, no rodents, no cockroches. I was VERY leary given the reviews. However, she took me to met with management and was taken on a tour last week. All seemed well,the updated townhouses are very nice. I spoke to management in regards the the horid reviews, they believe its "disgruntal renter". Any recent feedback? Is any particular area in the complex worse than another? Moving here with my two grade school children. Thank you.

You can move to Aspen court.. They are just built and the same amount of money and you get more.. YOu get 2 bdr, 2bths and a den more space but just one floor and you dont pay for water, and sewer as well. I lived here before and thought it was the same but its not.. It has totally change and Aspen COurt is offering one month free rent on there new applications.. Moving real soon..
