Stay away if you are a clean person

I lived here for less than 6 months. It is not worth the rent you have to pay. I would gladly pay more for a more well kept and secure complex. They cater a lot to -------, which is not a problem. The problem I have is that they fill their apartment with as many people as they can. My downstairs neighbors were noisy everyday! I can handle a little apartment noise, but this was excessive and ridiculous. Loud talking, children screaming, running, banging, shaking the walls. It was outrageous. In addition, I was promised new carpet prior to moving in, however when I arrived, to my dismay, the same old, stained carpet was still on the floor. I never unpacked my boxes because the apartment was smelly and nasty. My food stayed in a box. I only used the refrigerator. I spent a weekend cleaning the kitchen alone which was disgusting!!! Dead bugs stuck in the cabinets, the smell of old nasty food. Please avoid this place, it is disgusting, there are way too many children running around, noisy neighbors. Oh...I had to pay to use the gym, however if I knew that the gym door was left open for any non-paying resident/non-resident for that matter, to walk in during regular business hours, I would not have fallen into that trap. After hours, no worries, someone working out in the gym will let you in. If you are desperate enough to move into this place, do not pay for the gym membership. Also, the little AC unit sucks and it is loud.
