I lived at Pleasant View Gardens for 2 years. In this time we
managed to have bedbugs for 6 months and roaches for the entire time.
I threw away all of our beds, slashed them so no one else would get
bed bugs. We had to live out of plastic bags and on an air mattress
for 6 months. They sent an outside company (Name withheld so I won't
get sued!) The guy who came was so disgusting. He made comments about
whether my husband could satisfy me, wanted to kiss me and tried to
touch me inappropriately. He also blatantly asked to have sex. I tried
not to be alone with him. They came every 2 weeks for the 6 months until
finally we were rid of the bed bugs. I complained about this guy
to the main office because I figure he did this to more people. I still
saw him working which I found amazing.

So, bedbugs are bad enough. Then you have the massive roaches all over
and they did spray for them, but if someone else has them they have to
spray everywhere.

Lastly, people can't fricken park there. I have dings all over my
car from car doors and people backing out and catching the back
of your car. I saw the little kids slamming their car doors wide
open and hitting cars. It's ridiculous. Plus parking is impossible.

The people in the leasing office are nice enough. They're just
ineffective! The supervisor for maintenance was a total .... though.

Good luck if you move in here. It's not worth the cost.
