Requires better amenities From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   CONS No parking lines, inadeaquate parking spots, no designated parking spots, no speed bumps, no reserved spots for handicapped people. IN ALL, PARKING IS A MESS Little lanscape, reasonably maintained. But feels very barren and windswept Improper fencing with adjacent Juvenile Correction Center creates security problems. Cheap building materials and fittings for an apartment that is moderate to high in rent. PROS Reasonably quiet and clean complex. Relatively new, available maintenance, access to shopping, highways and NYC train.
