I lived here from 2005 to 2007. If you like using the dishwasher, you should be aware that most of units here have a slight problem, since the builders hooked some/most of the units up to the cold water.
It took us over one year to get the people to fix that. The townhomes are made with hardwood floors and it is pretty nice. Each unit have there own washer dryers and when ours broke, they replaced it in two weeks with a nicer brand and a energy saving model.
We did not have any insect problems, and I rarely see anyone on the streets. My utilities were pretty low. Gas/electric ran about $117/month and you have to pay for water, $60/3 months.
I would move here again
