Perhaps the prevous reviewers had more considerate neighbors.

This place drives me insane.

I can hear everything from the people upstairs.

Normal speech.

They might as well be in the same room.

There is no rest, no privacy, no respite from the unbearable cacophony of their stomping feet, blaring television and demonic barking dogs.
