The office staff and maintenance guys are very helpful. They helped me moved in and moved out the big piece of sofa from the apartment. They make efforts to accommodate everyone's needs and made me felt very comfortable living there. It is also a great place to live if you have pets, both cats and dogs are acceptable. Consider the number of dogs living there, the level of noise from the dogs are minimal. However, some noise from the neighbors can't be avoided due to hard wood floors or minimal noise insulation. Otherwise, this is a great community to live in.
