Everything is well maintained, maintenance is professional, fast and friendly, property managers are very nice and helpful, no problems with moving out, got my deposit back (the first check was delayed in mail forwarding loop, so they even sent me another one).
After the first year I had a month-by-month option, which was really nice for me (changing the job and moving to another state).
Cons: sound isolation is bad if you have wooden floor.
Carpets help a little bit.
I miss it! :)
