Old Buildings. Nice community

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
The buildings are old. Interior is not that pretty. But a nice community. Friendly people, Friendly service peoples, Lots of green open yards, lots of trees, next to a river etc. No Gym/sports place. There is a swimming pool which would be closed for almost 10 months.Washer and Drier rooms suck!!
Overall its an OK place to live.
I had a biiiig fight with them for having dish network in my apartment. Couldn't win. Had it inside my house near the windows.
