While we only lived at Rivercrest for one year we would have certainly renewed the lease if we were not in need of a bigger place due to our expanding family.

Tara and Bob made our stay at Rivercrest a pleasure. In fact all of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

For us the fact that the complex is animal friendly was huge. Not only could you walk around the beautifully kept grounds but there is a good size dog run that the pups could play in. There was a small additional fee for a pet but worth every penny to have a happy home for our furry family members.

The apartment itself is a good size. Everything was very clean and we never had any bug issues. The appliances were very good and the apartment offered an included microwave. For us we already had one but for someone that is just starting this is a very nice addition.

Parking could get a little tight if you got home late so we opted to pay the extra fee for a garage.

All rentals include a good size storage unit underneath the apartment building. While this is a nice plus it is probably my only negative thing I have to say about the complex, the items we stored there that were not in airtight plastic containers suffered from severe mildew and dampness and odor and needed to be disposed of. I would not store anything valuable in the storage unit no matter how it was packed.

We received our security deposit back without any problems or delays.

I would strongly recommend renting at Rivercrest.
