I moved here about 7 months ago and have been very happy with all aspects of this community. The management staff and maintence are beyond helpful and friendly. The property is extremely well kept. There are always nice residents walking their dogs and all have been very friendly as well. Even though I am living alone, it feels very safe at any time of the day. I have read the other reviews and was surprised that some have complained about the noise level. I wonder if they have ever lived in an apartment before because I feel it is reasonable to hear a little noise (which is only in common hallway and is minimal.) I found this apartment through apartment ratings.com and trusted the rating system. I couldn't be more pleased.
