I lived here for about 1.5 years (Sept '07 - June '09) and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. It's a great place to get out of the apartment and just walk around the grounds - feels like you live in a park. Maintenance of the grounds was top-notch, and when I had some relatively minor issues in the apartment (for example, *one* mini-blind in a blind in the window had broken) they fixed the problem quickly and painlessly. I didn't have any problems with bugs. Noise levels were what you'd expect in an apartment complex like this - there was occasional noise from the woman downstairs but overall people in the community are friendly and quiet. Rooms were comfortably sized. Kitchen cabinets could be refurbished as they are a bit dated but appliances were great.

I've noticed other people complaining about the parking, and while I will say that if you get home late (i.e. after 10PM), it's hard to find a spot *near your apartment*, you will still be able to find a spot; it just might be on the other side of the complex.
