This apartment has a few good things, but more bad things. The management staff is friendly, however very inefficient. The maintenance is not bad. The apartment is spacious. Now come the cons: plenty of cockroaches in summer, half of the laundry machines in the common laundry rooms don't work, too much noise from my neighbor downstairs, no store room to keep your big luggages, air-conditioners hardly work, if your neighbor opens the hot water tap all on a sudden you start getting cold water and you can imagine what that can lead to while you are enjoying a shower. This list will not end if I keep on writing.
