WE lived here from april 2007 to march 2008. One of the best apartments we have lived in. We lived in a double bedroom. the management is very professional. they attend to complaints promptly. WE relocated out of state and hence had to move out otherwise we would have lived here. All apartments in this neighborhood are equally expensive. When we moved out , just 2 weeks before we started noticing roaches. there is a good play park and a trail adjoining the compound, great place for families with kids.

negative aspects are they are kids peddling drugs or smoke and kids from outside try to come park their cars and keep smoking. police patrol is frequent.

by the way i also got my security deposit intact. there is also a lot of indian population and ------- will feel at home.

they increased the rent by $50 every year ( 3 or 5% increase)
