Royal garden apt is nice to place to stay for family

It has two separate apartments. It is very quite.
When we place any work order, their staff do their job nicely.
Last 6 months back i had AC problem ( Very old A/C) and they replaced new AC in my apt.
Recently i had washer and Dryer problem. Manager(Sharyn) did a nice job. They said they will reimburse the washer and Dryer rent to me.
One thing, NJ always every apt has their own issues. We have to talk to them and resolve the issue.
If you relocate to another state, you can easily released from the lease agreement after showing job transfer letter.
Most of Edision apts have to pay rent until they find new tenants. Those who do not know their job duration, This is nice place.
All staff are friend and nice. Sharyn nice manager to resolve any type of issues.
