When I went to see this apartment I was given the impression it was ina quiet setting.
It may be true if your apartment is off to back a bit, but the complex is off a main road that cars travel through all hours of the night.

Parking is ok. However, no one follows the rules of vistors spots despite letters from the management. The spots are very narrow and difficult to maneuver into. There are some tenants that park crooked all the time and leave it that way.

When I moved in I was sternly warned in person about the cardboard boxes I was using to unload my things. They had to be tied up within a certain size, which I had read in the lease and planned to do anyway.
A few weeks later, I noticed that I was the only one tying cardboard up. People were throwing it in bags and leaving it reight outside the garbage bins.

Some of the tenants are nice and friendly and then you have some that are nosy and disrespectful to others.
