I've been here a year, in a 1BR in the back, and it's been very quiet. Parking can be a problem, since there's only three visitors spots back there. Also, I got a flourescent window sticker because I didn't have a parking tag, after I was assured that none was needed.

The maintenance has been good, replacing a blown A/C blower motor during the summer months. The grounds maintenance is lacking though. Weeks go by without the grass being cut and the shrubs get trimmed maybe twice/year.

The leasing staff is helpful and has answered all of my questions and has remained helpful and pleaseant even after I signed my lease.
