I moved here last year with my family. The apartment is nice and maintanance is good. Laundry room is a walk from my apartment which is annoying in winter. Neighbours could be rude and difficult. Like the guy who lives next door to me, has been pretty rude. He bangs on my wall even if there is slightest of noise. I tried to be polite with him but he started yelling and cursing. Some of the other neighbours are nice. In general, most of the residents here are seniors. Overall, rent here if you want to keep it to yourself. Don't expect much from the community!
