Ridgedale Gardens 50% Recommended May 03 2008: They took 90% of my security deposit saying that I had damaged their stove, walls and floors. All are lie. When I moven-in, the stove was already very old and I lived there for 5 years. So it has become Royal Gardens 41% Recommended May 03 2008: I know that there has been some bad reviews on this place,but it has been under new management for more than a year now and it couldnt be any better!!! some many things have changed for the best. so if Royal Gardens 41% Recommended Apr 25 2008: WE lived here from april 2007 to march 2008. One of the best apartments we have lived in. We lived in a double bedroom. the management is very professional. they attend to complaints promptly. WE relocated out of state and Carlton Club Apartments 42% Recommended Apr 22 2008: The officers are rude and not honest, (they may look nice BEFORE you sign the lease); you have to pay hidden fee that is not listed in the lease and you are not informed before you sign the lease; the Ridgedale Gardens 50% Recommended Apr 07 2008: I think this is really a shocking experience that is worth sharing with others, so that others may be aware of it and be careful.
